Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 10–14 business days from the date your order is placed. If your order is processed sooner, it will be shipped immediately and you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer within our control. Any issues such as delays, lost packages, or delivery errors must be resolved directly with the carrier by submitting a claim through them.
